District Court Bonds Definitions:

Own Recognizance (OR): An OR Bond is a court order release on one’s own recognizance, which allows a defendant to be released from jail without paying a bail

Cash Bonds (CASH): Are bonds posted using exact cash

ORCD Bonds (ORCD): Are bonds ordered by the court and if you use this option, you will post 10% of total bond as cash

Surety Bonds (PS): Are bonds that utilized a bonding company approved by the District Court. This option the defendant will pay a bondsman 10% of the total bond

Cash or Surety (C/PS): Are bonds where the defendant can either use CASH or use a Bondsman for the Surety
